Booking Policy
At Studio 5280, we value each and every one of you. The following policies are in place to help us better serve you in allowing us to provide you with the best quality work and excellent service consistently during each visit.
DepoSit
To book your appointment, we ask that you share reliable contact information and make a non-refundable $100 deposit over the phone or invoice. This non-refundable deposit guarantees your appointment slot per each appointment scheduled.
TiMely CanCellationS & ReSCHeduling
We will accept any cancellations or adjustments to the appointment via a phone call or text. If you can not make it to your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hour notice via a phone call or text.
LaSt-Minute CanCellationS
Please understand that if you do not provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you forfeit your deposit.
no Call, no Show
If you fail to communicate a cancellation with our team and are a no-call, no-show: we require the remainder of the total amount of the scheduled services to be paid before we can book another appointment.
Running Late?
We understand life can be challenging, and sometimes we all run late. To avoid this, we ask that you leave with sufficient time to prevent tardiness. We allow all guests a 15-minute grace period – if, for some reason, you are running more than 15-minutes late, we expect a phone call or text to notify the stylist.
When you arrive, we will do whatever is in our power to accommodate your entire appointment, but the service may be abbreviated to avoid running behind for our other guests. If the appointment is shortened, you will still be charged the scheduled services' total price due to your delay.
LaSt-Minute Booking Policy
If your appointment is booked within 24-hours of service, we still require a non-refundable $100 deposit.
If you need to make any adjustments or cancel, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 4-hours before your appointment.
If you are a no call, no show: you forfeit your deposit. To book a new appointment, we require that you pay the remainder of the total amount of scheduled services.
Children
All children are welcome to come for their scheduled services. However, if the child does not have any scheduled services, we ask that you refrain from bringing them along for your appointment. This allows for your appointment to run smoothly and for the child's safety, as we have hot tools, chemicals, and sharp tools that can be harmful to an unsupervised child.
AniMalS
The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs regulate salons across the state of Colorado. Under Colorado regulations, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service animals with the official “Service Animal” certification and vest are the ONLY exception. Therapy animals, emotional support animals, or companion animals are not recognized as “Service Animals,” according to the board of consumer affairs.
no Liability
We recommend that you DO NOT bring personal items of high value, such as clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, electronics, etc. Studio 5280 is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen items during your appointment.
RefuSal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to change or adjust the terms of service with or without notice.
